We're a consultancy set up by Ailsa Gibson in 2009 in order to make a new and dynamic set of support services available to clients across the UK. We work with a team of trusted associates to bring the right expertise to every project. You can see what we've been up to recently on our News page. Ailsa previously managed Sustainable Development at 4NW, and Research and Development for ENCAMS (now Keep Britain Tidy) where she developed their coastal awards schemes and national guidance for the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005. She has also completed short-term contracts for English Nature and in environmental planning consultancy.
Ailsa has a degree in Geography from Oxford University, a masters in Environmental Technology from Imperial, and is an Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. She currently lives in the NW of England and enjoys walking, skiing and travelling. Ailsa is a Trustee of the Wigan Leigh and District RSPCA Branch, a keen competitor and Trustee of the sport TREC GB, Judge for the Green Flag Award Scheme, and a founding Director of the leading specialist walking holiday company Alpine Exploratory. She has an interest in researching and reclaiming rights of way, and supports North Lancashire Bridleways Society with research.
